Meire Grove is a city in Stearns County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 179 at the 2010 census. It is part of the St. Cloud Metropolitan Statistical Area.

The city of Meire Grove is located within Grove Township geographically but is a separate entity.
As of the census of 2010, there were 179 people, 70 households, and 46 families residing in the city. The population density was 319.6 inhabitants per square mile (123.4/km). There were 78 housing units at an average density of 139.3 per square mile (53.8/km). The racial makeup of the city was 98.9% White and 1.1% Asian.
There were 70 households of which 27.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 47.1% were married couples living together, 5.7% had a female householder with no husband present, 12.9% had a male householder with no wife present, and 34.3% were non-families. 31.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 18.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
