Georgetown is a city in Clay County, Minnesota, United States, along the Buffalo River near its confluence with the Red River of the North. The population was 129 at the 2010 census.

The racial makeup of the city was 95.3% White, 2.3% Native American, 1.6% from other races, and 0.8% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.9% of the population.
There were 48 households of which 37.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 60.4% were married couples living together, 8.3% had a male householder with no wife present, and 31.3% were non-families. 25.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 10.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
