Campbell is a city in Wilkin County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 158 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Wahpeton, ND-MN Micropolitan Statistical Area.

As of the census of 2010, there were 158 people, 72 households, and 45 families residing in the city. The population density was 658.3 inhabitants per square mile (254.2/km). There were 104 housing units at an average density of 433.3 per square mile (167.3/km). The racial makeup of the city was 98.7% White, 0.6% African American, and 0.6% Native American. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.2% of the population.
There were 72 households of which 26.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 52.8% were married couples living together, 6.9% had a female householder with no husband present, 2.8% had a male householder with no wife present, and 37.5% were non-families. 30.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 5.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.19 and the average family size was 2.78.
