Burtrum is a city in Todd County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 144 at the 2010 census.

There were 73 housing units at an average density of 128.1 per square mile (49.5/km). The racial makeup of the city was 98.6% White and 1.4% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.4% of the population.
